Assistance to nationals

The Assistance to Nationals (ATN) service of the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Milan provides support to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who are facing serious labor, legal, or welfare concerns that require urgent attention or intervention.

ATN assistance is not a regular service and is extended only when necessary, based on an assessment of the facts and circumstances of each case. It is intended as a protective measure of last resort for OFWs who are in distress or are unable to address their situation through normal or available remedies.

Assistance is provided strictly on a case-by-case basis and may include guidance on available options, coordination with appropriate authorities, referrals to relevant institutions or legal counsel, and support in urgent or exceptional situations, as allowed under applicable laws and regulations.

Not all requests qualify for ATN assistance. The provision of support is subject to verification, availability of resources, and compliance with established guidelines to ensure that assistance is extended to those who genuinely require it.

If you are facing a serious and urgent labor, legal, or welfare concern requiring immediate attention, you may contact MWO Milan for initial assessment and appropriate guidance.
